This issue is tracking additional changes required for the student side of the application, released in v0.5.0.

Current tracked changes:

  • Date of birth field is using the same data member as gender
  • Create toasts and reactivity for form submission
  • Add due date (Apr 2, 2026 @ 2:05pm) to the form's home page
  • Add "None of the above" option to intended major field
  • Change label for intended major to "Intended Major/Field of Study"
