Redesign icons - simplify & recolor:
Calendar : Simplify & Green, White, Black, Grey
Warning: Simplify, add red option
Check: Simplify, make green box w/ transparent check

New icons:
Clock : Yellow, White, Black
Closed: Red box w/ transparent 'X'

Status Icons:
Upcoming = Yellow clock
Open = Green check
Deadline = Red warning
Closed = Red closed box

Grey calendar icon to be used for Other(String) option in DateStatus enum

I've removed these icons from use in the application for now - we don't have a reliable way to display them the correct way and it will take far too long to set that up properly. We can revisit this again someday.
