Since providers may have multiple scholarships, we want to give them the option to not only create, but also edit specific scholarships. They should be able to select which scholarship they want to edit. We've decided to display this as a list, where each entry contains the name of the scholarship and two buttons (edit and delete).
The form should follow the general style of all the other forms (use the correct components) and it should collect the following information:
Scholarship name
Amount per award (highest amount if there are multiple)
Total number of awards
Total amount of awards (across all awards)
Whether the FAFSA info is required
Whether the student's transcript is required
Where the money is awarded to (school or student)
Whether a student essay is required
If one is required, which essay prompt they would like (there's only so many options)
Scholarship requirements (use the comparisons API that was introduced in #20)
Submission should notify the providers that their data was saved successfully.
