We're going to create a dashboard for scholarship providers that allows them to access all the parts of the application that they require. This includes a way to edit their own profile, create and edit scholarships (they can have multiple!) and view all applicants.

For now, the "View Applicants" option does not need to point to a functional applicants page. We'll create this page later.

This issue will serve as a thread for the general development of the provider dashboard. It should be used as a parent issue for all other issues.
