This should be fairly simple, but also requires an example of submission on the main page.

We need students to be able to upload their FAFSA, written essays, and other such files for storage on our servers. We currently don't have a styled component for this. It should hold with the current theme and be able to submit to the server alongside the rest of the information in a form.
