What's Changed:

A new ChipsList and Chip component have been created. They function almost identically to the CheckboxList and Checkbox components, respectively. They will be used as a substitute for a long page of yes/no questions.

What might be done further:

This component is just a mock-up. It may be rejected by the counselors or alterations may be made soon after. If this happens before this PR is merged, then I'll just add the changes to this request.
