We've decided to use a list of possible attributes for the providers, so that they can select their requirements. This could be created by using a checkbox list, however we've decided to use a more "pretty" option.

Several websites use a "chips" component that presents the options within a single component. Each entry in this list is presented as the option text surrounded by a fully rounded box. When clicked on, the box will change in some way to indicate selection. In the background, this component works the same way as the existing CheckboxList component.

This specific issue will be used to create the baseline for this component and track changes to it in the future.
